I have significant experience working within the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as well as navigating and interpreting regulation pertaining exclusively to small business participation within the public sector. Within my leadership roles, I have utilized my skillset to develop the members of my team and forge mutually-beneficial working relationships. By employing a wide range of leadership and communication techniques, I have been able to successfully increase collaboration and innovative thinking on every team for which I have worked. In my time away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, real estate investing, options trading, SCUBA diving, and rock climbing.
