About Michael Steiner

As the Managing Director of EC Certification Service GmbH, I oversee the strategic direction and operational execution of a company that delivers high-quality medical products and certification services in the field of orthodontics. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and over 9 years of experience in technical measurements, data analysis, and CAD design, I bring a strong combination of academic excellence and practical expertise to my role. I have led and contributed to numerous projects that involved complex and challenging problems, requiring innovative and customer-oriented solutions. For example, I was responsible for the development and implementation of a new testbench for a major aerospace client. I have also extensive experience in using and teaching various CAD software, such as SolidWorks and OnyxCeph and in working with different workshop tools and methods. Additionally, I have a multicultural and adaptable mindset, thanks to my multiple stays abroad, including a semester at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. My mission is to provide engineering and certification solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
