Served in a number of different roles in manufacturing, product development and logistic business, including leading new major product launches, facilities changes and major organizations changes. Particular skills in developing people solutions, people driving a magnitude and execution of changes driven by new structures, new resources and experience levels. Motivated self-starter who amassed significant experience in operations, having held positions in Manufacturing, Product Development, Product Planning, Logistics and Quality, in Germany, UK and Spain and through regular travels in different European operations.
