About Michael Stoelinga

With our Public Sector team at Capgemini we facilitate the application of todays tech for better public services. Policy is technology, technology is policy! Capgemini gives me the opportunity to combine my role at clients with my role as Chief Architect Public Sector. I enjoy going „deep” on relevant public sector issues and actively participating in a broad network of colleagues. This gives me unique insight into solutions that work and how to implement them. Since my first e-mail in 1990 I’m intrigued by the impact of the internet on our society. In projects I will use my experience in governance, change programmes and the ability to understand business processes, architecture and radical digitalisation. Specialties: digitalisation of the public sector, architecting positive outcomes, business analysis, public registries, e-identity, distributed ledgers, managing software development, lean startup, NGO governance (local and international).
