About Michael Stoffel

I am a registered professional engineer in the Eau Claire municipal services group.Since entering the engineering field in 1985, I have developed broad experience in finding and developing innovative and cost-effective solutions for projects large and small and have built a solid reputation in the western half of Wisconsin by listening to my clients and putting their needs first. My highest priority is placed on communication and responsiveness in working with municipalities and clients to develop solutions for their needs. My experience and relationship development helps me identify with clients to understand the underlying sensitive issues that define a project and provide the keys to success. My expertise includes municipal streets and utilities, economic development, downtown streetscaping, lighting design, multi-use trails, municipal code interpretation and administration, GIS databases, spur tracks, site designs, non-metallic mining permitting and design, NR 135 administration, stormwater management, cost estimating, project specifications, construction staking and inspection, and contract administration.
