My first career was in Law Enforcement and Security. I started working in the Mental Health field in 1997 while still working in Law Enforcement. After retirement from Law Enforcement, I started working in the Substance Abuse field in 2011. I have completed the Substance Abuse Counseling program at CPCC and have passed the NCSAPPB state exam. In May 2015 I graduated from Winthrop University with a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling.
