About Michael Strouse

With over 35 years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis, I am passionate about creating innovative solutions for independent living and community support. As the President/CEO of GoodLife Innovations, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who share a common vision of redefining what's possible for living independently. I believe in empowering our neighbors in need with the tools, resources, and opportunities they deserve while also recognizing and rewarding the contributions of our staff and partners. In my current role, I oversee the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of GoodLife Innovations, a nonprofit organization that provides neighborhood support services for semi-independent populations. I am also actively involved in developing and maintaining agency and university collaborations, with the aim of improving our collective ability to help people who need support to live independently in the community. Some of the skills that I leverage in my role are leadership development, R&D, social investments, strategy, and applied research. In addition, I serve as an adjunct faculty at the University of Kansas, where I mentor students in the field of organizational performance.
