I have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for complex and challenging IT initiatives, resulting in significant savings, increased quality, and improved efficiency for my clients and my organization. Some of my notable achievements include growing consulting revenue by $5M in under 3 years, producing $200M in savings for a client, and directing a top global program that received recognition by my firm. I am passionate about building and leading high-performance, cross-functional, and global teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
