I began my career as an R&D Technician, where I developed hands-on experience in experimental design, product testing, and technical problem-solving. Over time, I advanced to an R&D Technologist role, deepening my involvement in innovation and cross-functional collaboration. Today, I work as a Materials Planner and am recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in my field. I bridge the gap between production and procurement—ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time. I enjoy the challenge of balancing operational efficiency with strategic foresight, and I bring a technical mindset to every planning decision I make. While I’ve transitioned from the lab to the logistics side of the business, I still carry a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. I’m always looking for ways to optimize processes, support product development, and contribute to a smarter, more agile supply chain.
