I hold a PGCE in Education and Training in the Post-Compulsory Sector from the University of Huddersfield, and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Public Media from Leeds Trinity University. I have extensive skills and knowledge in staff development, adult education, and e-learning, which I have acquired and applied in my previous roles as a Functional Skills Specialist and a Functional Skills Specialist Team Leader at Doncaster College and University Centre. I am committed to supporting the mission and vision of North Lindsey College, which is to provide outstanding education and training opportunities for all learners, and to contribute to the social and economic development of the region. I value diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and innovation, and I strive to bring these values to my work and my team every day.
