My approach integrates rigorous root cause analysis to ensure operations align with corporate objectives, thereby enhancing our service to members and stakeholders.I have Australia & UK financial services experience in delivery management roles across superannuation (investments), insurance (health, life, and general insurance), banking (retail, wealth, corporate & institutional) and industry regulation.My delivery skills have been applied across large-scale global capability uplift programs (people, process, systems & data), regulatory delivery, integration of operational functions, development & implementation of target operating models, business process optimisation, operational risk reduction, and enhancement of project governance frameworks.Key programs summary:• Implemented Treasury Management and Treasury Operations (Calypso system implementation) for AustralianSuper in Australia and the UK, which reduced operational risk and enabled investment of surplus cash for higher member returns.• Initiated the Aspirational Target Operating Model for AustralianSuper which will uplift the efficiency and capability of the Fund's investment teams through greatly enhanced access to its investment risk positions, reduce risk in its exposure management team through transferring more processes 'on platform' and provide improved data analytics for investment risk and performance teams.• Initiated the implementation of a private markets portfolio management system, enabling significant efficiency improvements and operational risk reduction for AustralianSuper's global private credit, private equity, infrastructure and property investment teams. • Migrated a local accounting system to JP Morgan's global InvestOne platform, reducing spreadsheet usage for AustralianSuper.• Implemented a Dealing execution management system, increasing revenue through a wider broker panel for AustralianSuper.• Replaced legacy systems for liquidity, crediting rate, and management expenses, resulting in cost savings and lower operational risk for AustralianSuper.• Ensured full transition of AustralianSuper's global LIBOR exposures to new risk-free rates to regulator deadlines.• Implemented NAB's APS 221 Large Exposures program. • Restructured NAB's enterprise risk framework.• Divested NAB's general insurance operations from MLC.
