About Michael Svensson

With a long career spanning over 33 years in IT, I am an experienced Agile project manager, Scrum Master, and change leader. My journey is woven with specialization in collaboration software beginning in the Domino world and then transitioning to utilizing the entire Microsoft 365 suite. Over the past 5-6 years, my journey has extended beyond technology; I dedicate myself to coaching teams to high performance and cultivating a robust and healthy work environment. Nowadays, I focus more on coaching teams and leading projects rather than technology. Part of my expertise lay in leveraging Microsoft 365 and various collaboration tools to create future-proof intranets. I strived to smoothly adapt to changing work landscapes, ensuring a seamless user experience regardless of location while upholding strict security standards. My leadership style lies in strong team building and creating a positive work culture where there is a great sense of security. I am passionate about incorporating a sense of collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement within teams. My recent assignments as a Scrum Master at Volvo Cars and RISE were characterized by a great dedication to transforming the work culture into more collaborative, T-shaped teams focused on delivering high-quality value to users.
