About Michael Swan

As a Project Manager at Snow Software, I lead successful engagements with customers across the globe and in a variety of industries, helping them to achieve strategic goals regarding their technology assets. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Business from the University of Reading, and I hold ITIL 4 and Prince2 certifications.At present, my role consists primarily in the delivery of longer-term (1-3 year) engagements with multinational enterprise organisations, working closely with client professional teams across ITAM, Infrastructure, DB, Networking, Security; providing oversight, governance and leadership and reporting to Senior Leadership.Internally, I lead project teams consisting of Technical, Business and Software Licensing SME's. I interface closely with Product, Engineering, Support and Account Management dept's to provide context and detail relevant to my project stakeholders; to advocate for my customers and to proselytise their challenges and requirements.I aim to be an all-rounder that can add value in conversations ranging from technical to process to strategic and business-focused, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and talented people to chart the best possible route forward.
