Greetings to whom is taking time out of their day to read this. My name is Michael Sweitzer and I have obtained my Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Indiana State University. From my Exercise Science preparation, I have been trained in a variety of fitness assessment techniques alongside programming techniques in order to increase human performance ranging from athletes to general population. I have a passion for strength training and overall fitness. I believe it is important from an instructor position to be able to demonstrate everything asked of the clients/students.
