About Michael Swift

Michael Swift is an Investment Specialist at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, covering the Mid-Atlantic region. He joined J.P. Morgan in 2005 and has spent his career managing portfolios for ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, endowments and foundations. In his current role, he is responsible for $2.2 billion in client assets. Prior to joining the Mid-Atlantic Team in 2016, Michael was a Portfolio Manager with J.P. Morgan’s Endowments and Foundations Group in New York. In this role, he worked with not-for-profit organizations as their “Outsourced Chief Investment Officer” to invest long- and short-term pools of capital across diversified public and private investments. Michael sits on the Board of Trustees for the National Museum of American Jewish History and is the Co-Chair of its Investment Committee. He is also a Trustee of the William Penn Charter School Alumni Fund where he serves as Chair of its Finance Committee. In addition to holding his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, Michael is certified by the CFA Institute in environmental, social and governance (ESG) investing. He graduated from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University with a B.S. in Finance.
