About Michael Tai

Aside from an academic background in business and international economics, I also have experience in quick and logical thinking mixed with communication skills thanks to years of participating and often achieving success in the university debating circuit. Aside from being a debater I have also helped out and thus gained experience in the organizational side of the debating circuit, having organized tournaments and having been the secretary of the board, followed by being the president of the board. During those years I have learned to manage and delegate as well as know when and how to solve a great range of diverse problems on my own or with my fellow board members, resulting in the largest debating society in the Netherlands, as well as greater funding for members and the board, and greater recognition from the university. All of this combined leaves me with an aptitude for economics, critical thought, problem solving and management. My interests also include international strategy and politics.
