Some keywords that sum up my career so far would be digital, sales finesse, communication, leadership/mentoring, events, pharma, sports and especially football. Plus nurturing relationships and connecting people. I'm rarely the most valuable player or the top scorer in the room myself, but I'm a pretty good listener and always try to keep focus on what is needed, who would be the best people to have on the team and what's the right pass to move things forward. I ask a lot of questions and can be a super annoying devils advocate, but I always try to have two ears and only one mouth. One of my favorite things is when someone you worked with in the past calls you up and wants to talk again. Perhaps not because you scored the winning goal, but because you behaved and represented a team that aways made an effort. I'm curious, like to scan the world around me and have a big interest for other people. Maybe that explains my big interest in behavioral design and why I love reading biographies. I love learning from others - their victories and their losses.
