Another ongoing aspect of my functions always had been to support M&A related activities impacting systems and process. On a daily basis, I remain focused on ensuring system availability, scalability, and functionality by implementing automations, swiftly resolving incident and problem tickets, supporting Infrastructure teams at upgrading platforms, technologies, and applications through new features beyond original scope, working with the business in qualifying new functionality and ensuring defects are getting addressed.
