Manage the staff and workflow across the functional team. Provide support and training, conduct performance management and salary planning. Serve as primary contact with Quality Assurance Specialists and/or Retirement Plan Consultants on issue resolution. May assist the staff with processing as necessary. Initiate and prepare complex analysis of processes and results. Forecasts and trends should be developed for recommendations to the management team. Analyze and interpret the information to influence change and mitigate risk and financial exposure. Develop systems and reports to extract and combine data from a variety of sources. The reports should be automatic and real time on-demand for all users. Administer the maintenance of the databases and reports as processes, systems, controls and government regulations change. Participate in advisory capacity in departmental systems, data analysis and integrity projects. Partner with all necessary functional teams and management to jointly recommend changes based upon data analysis. Initiate and conduct complex analysis aimed at improving efficiencies, productions results and client experience. Design and implement advanced performance measurement models related to all key measurable and client deliverables. Develop processes using data for proactive consulting opportunities with our clients. Develop real time on-demand employee performance measurements for management. A portion of responsibility will be to complete compliance analyst tasks in order to stay closely engaged with the processes and expectations of that role. This will be vital in ensuring the positions ability to self-manage and proactively make recommendations for change based upon the data.
