Dr. Michael Thorwarth holds dual doctorates in medicine and dentistry and is a certified maxillofacial surgeon. He began his career with eight years of hands-on patient care. Following a PhD in bone substitutes and an MBA, he joined the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked in both the firm's Munich and New York offices. In 2019 he transitioned into the role of CEO DEIN DENTAL and the European Dental Group Germany. From 2023/24 he served as Group CEO of Ergéa and CEO of it's German entity RadioOnkologieNetzwerk. In June 2025 Dr. Thorwarth became CEO of Ortivity, the fastest-growing network of orthopedic practices in Germany.
