About Michael Tolle

CRO industry professional with deep expertise in project management and site contracting : During various roles I supported the start up/set up of Clinical Trial Agreements focussed on process enhancements to minimize contract cycle times and improving quality. My passion for people helped me to bring high performance individuals together as teams and I see with pleasure how these are growing. I am keen to take on new tasks and to develop myself further. I am a fast learner, adaptable and flexible in new areas of work and thinking. In my current role I am overseeing a team of 60 people with the focus on Clinical Contract maintenance, quality control and special activities per need. Leading my team with passion and an open ear for supporting the needs of each individual is something which is very important for me. Main achievements are - leading direct reports in different timezones - building up/creating well functioning departmental structures - overseeing global template library and reducing the volumne of templates by 50 %- creation of non- interventional study templates and ongoing template revisions for ex. GDPR updates - initiation of cross departmental collaboration to improve processes and to drive efficiencies - projectmanagement of rescue projects: direct support and work together with partner CRO and client to booster the process of a very important rescue project for our client - developed and hold various trainings for local Site Contract Specialists, Project Set Up Leads and Site Contract Leads - organized hiring and onboarding of new staff in different regions - implemented and host virtual coffee breaks to bring remote teams closer together and to booster teamspirit
