Since 2011, I have helped tens of thousands of clients recover millions of dollars in unpaid wages and unpaid tips through numerous settlements - both class, collectives, and individual settlements. Since 2012, our team has been involved in cases that have made over $80+ million available to Class Members as part of class action settlements. Our team has helped prosecute hundreds of wage and hour lawsuits and has been certified as class counsel in dozens of proceedings. I've been a speaker at symposiums on unpaid wages, internship rights, waiters rights, and class action settlements. I'm admitted in New York State Courts, SDNY, NDNY, and EDNY. I've been practicing since 2011 and working primarily in the area of employment law, class actions, and wage and hour law - with a few other assorted complex litigation cases such as individual discrimination, securities fraud, consumer fraud, qui tam actions, SCRA, FCRA, and common law causes of action.
