About MeHello! I'm Michael Tona, a passionate professional with a diverse background in insurance, leadership, corrections, event management, and the arts. Currently, I serve as President of Pensacola Young Professionals (PYP) and am an Account Manager at Tyler Kercher State Farm. I hold both 220 and 215 insurance licenses in Florida, specializing in auto, home, life, and business insurance. My focus is on building strong client relationships and providing tailored solutions.As PYP President, I lead initiatives that drive community engagement and development, including the Quality of Life Survey and partnerships with local leaders. My previous career in corrections as a Sergeant at the Florida Department of Corrections taught me resilience, leadership, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. I’m also deeply passionate about the arts, having worked with the Pensacola Little Theatre for over a decade in various capacities, from acting and directing to managing large-scale productions. Additionally, I’ve managed sporting events with Pensacola Sports and played a key role in organizing Pensacon.My wife Valentina and I live in Downtown Pensacola, where we enjoy the vibrant local food and cocktail scene. We share a love for soccer and spend our time with our Keeshond puppy, Roma. I'm an avid Atlanta Braves fan, love whiskey, and enjoy staying active through sports and community involvement.Let’s connect!
