With over 7 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant, I have developed a strong passion for delivering quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients. I have a diverse skill set that includes experience with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.As a Senior Technical Consultant at Salesforce, I am currently leading a small team of functional testers who conduct scrum testing on an Experience Cloud implementation for a Fortune 100 client. I prepare test scenarios to align with feature and story-level acceptance criteria and review test cases to ensure coverage of positive and negative testing. In previous engagements, I have performed functional testing of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud for a clients in a diverse range of industries. As a Marketing Cloud consultant, I have performed audience data imports, validations, and transformations using SQL; conducted functional testing of marketing emails in Email Studio; and configured automations and marketing campaigns in Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
