About Michael Trasolini

As an Electrical Project Engineer at ANDRITZ, I excel in designing and leading technical projects. My hands-on experience in the field, combined with my credentials as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in both British Columbia and Alberta, has equipped me with a unique understanding of conceptualization, design and installation of electrical construction projects. My role encompasses project management, budget forecasting, engineering design, quality management, and commissioning all while ensuring each project aligns with my high standards and client expectations. The opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and EITs has allowed me to contribute to the growth of our team, fostering an environment of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement. My commitment to team development, collaboration and continual improvement is how I make my workplace somewhere people want to work.
