About Michael Troll Hoepfner

As the Director of USAF Programs and Senior Program Manager at Resource Management Concepts, Inc.(RMC), I oversee USAF business development, capture, and execution of USAF contracts and projects focused on IT, cyber, 5th Generation Fighter Operational Tactics and Training, Next Generation Air Dominance (NGAD), and Air Combat Command (ACC) requirements. With over 35 years of leadership experience in the USAF and RMC, I bring a unique combination of technical, operational, and strategic skills to deliver innovative and effective solutions to our customers and partners. I am a retired USAF Colonel and Fighter Pilot, with 20+ years experience in flying, testing, and instructing in the F-16 and F-22 aircraft. I am a graduate and former instructor of Fighter Weapons School, and a subject matter expert on the F-16, F-22, F-35, and NGAD. I have also served as the Chief of the Air Superiority Core Function Team and the Chief of the Advanced Weapons System Division at ACC, where I was responsible for planning, programming, and budgeting for the USAF's air superiority portfolio. I am passionate about advancing the state of the art in tactical aviation and ensuring the readiness and dominance of our air forces.
