I am a highly skilled and dedicated Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience spanning construction leadership, project management, workplace safety and turnover management. Throughout the years, I have gained verifiable track record in assessing construction work packages, leading multi-disciplined teams, overseeing procurement of materials and supplies, recruiting vendors, leading site execution plans and overseeing the construction and commissioning of electrical systems. With many accomplishments and demonstrated ability in influencing large-scale construction and expansion projects; I'm looking forward to enhance operational efficiency and establish a standardized process that would improve productivity and deliver bottom-line results. In addition to all that, I have a Project Management Professional with PMI, a Diploma in Business Administration - Management from NAIT, an Electrical Safety Codes Officer and a Master Electrician acquired from Safety Codes Council, and a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician. Worked across various sites that included Suncor Base Plant, Shell Scotford, Syncrude FFT, NWR Sturgeon Refinery, Edmonton Waste Management Centre, Kearl Lake and Southwest Calgary Ring Road. Forecasted workforce plans, allocated resources, administered RFIs and MOCs–management of change, and adopted best practices to abolish critical path, mitigate delays and expedite project delivery. Led site quality audits, administered deficiency list items, developed and executed ITPs and oversaw the compilation of turnover packages. Administered testing and coordinated with design engineers to steer the implementation of MOCs for promoting long-term reliability. Led system walkdowns and oversaw the commissioning of e-houses, process modules, controller cabinets skids and EHT cabinets.
