Business and System Analyst roles: • Implementation of Councils’ Legacy Asset system, managing and enhancing system performance including business-specific reports, development of feeds and scripting for the GIS team. • Previous BA roles include Suncorp CTP, Senior BA in Qld Health, BA Optus, Sparq Solutions (IT branch of Ergon Energy and Energex)- specifically Data Migration, Business Intelligence Specialist for the Sundale Group (Nambour). Change Management in current role includes: • Data Migration from Legacy systems to TechOne including conforming Legacy data and mapping to the new EAM system • Configuration of attribute data to better match business needs • Development of interim processes that provided the Asset Team with tools that covered the shortfalls between old and new systems which minimised some of the deficiencies during and after migration to TechOne. • Development of Data models to identify inconsistencies in some migrated data (predominately fleet). Problem Resolution & Business Process Design for Vendor Management: • From 2011 until late 2021, I was responsible for implementing, managing and supporting Council’s Legacy Asset system. With limited support from the software vendor, my role extended to analysing and correcting system errors and developing and providing solutions back to the software vendor for rectification. • Development of a new and innovative template for asset creation. Fleet Prior Business and Data Analyst roles expanded: • As Senior Business Analyst, Qld Department of Health • As System and Data Analyst for Suncorp CTP • Business Intelligence Specialist, Sundale • Database Administrator, Terry White Management/Mayne Health - Develop and manage electronic price book as well as local applications used by over 100 stores Australia-wide. • Developer/Analyst role, Jet comm, London UK (Y2K position). My volunteer work I am passionate about my community and am involved with a number of community organisations and events. In 2013 myself and a close friend started support group on the Fraser Coast. At the time we had enough money to pay for our business registration. Since that day we have become a company, our merchandise is trade marked and on the Fraser Coast have donated over in cash and services to community groups and causes. After 15 years actively involved in community events I have scaled back on this activity but still maintain that passion regarding my community.
