Graduated St. John's University, MN in June 1990 whereafter I passed all 4 parts of the certified public accountant examination sat in GA in November 1990. I was licensed as a CPA in 1994 and earned 7 years of PQE before entering private industry in 1997. I was re-engaged by Deloitte in 2014 where I assist entrepreneurial businesses with growth and development plans. I'm an expert with business productivity software. My areas of experience include trust formation, incorporations, company management, receiverships, liquidations, private banking, commercial banking, fund accounting, small and large scale retailing, wholesale, pharmaceutical manufacturing, real estate, development, construction, property management and law. I have a natural bend to art and creativity but a very strong interest in science and engineering. These interests often come together in my experience as an accountant. I am particularly skilled at analyzing systems to understand choke points, bottlenecks and control weaknesses that found the problems of work processes in a variety of businesses. Interest in efficiency isn't universal. Stubbornly bad businesses create the conditions for better, competing businesses to grow. I want to serve those who aim to be better.
