OBJECTIVE: To gain employment in the Law Enforcement/Intelligence/Security field commensurate with my experience and knowledge. I have been involved in all aspects of LEP (Locally Employed Personnel) and EPW (Enemy Prisoner of War) vetting operations since 2003 in Iraq, Kosovo, Kuwait and Qatar. From 1986-2003, I was a Texas Peace Officer (advanced license) and a United Nations International Police Officer (IPTF) in Kosovo. I am well versed on interview / interrogation procedure, investigative techniques, evidence collection as well as advanced user knowledge of the Biometric Automated Toolset system (BATs) and Biometrics capture. Proficient in using SIPR, Query Tree, Pathfinder, DCGS-A, CIDNE, BIR, BATS, HIIDE, INTELINK-S, AIMS, HARMONY, and M3. PCASS certified.
