After gaining a wealth of progressive experience successfully managing equipment oversight teams and coordinating daily inventory monitoring logistics to ensure top quality of high-value assets for the U.S. Air Force, I am confident in my abilities at playing a pivotal role in structuring large scale workflow processes requiring broad technical knowledge. My life outside of the public sector has grown upon my time in the armed forces and I have built a solid foundation in personnel safety and facility surveillance in leadership roles for security specialized security teams. Not only have I supervised staff throughout numerous overseas programs that have expanded the capabilities and efficiency of set objectives, but I have been able to pass these concepts to direct report associates so they can perform can improve throughout their assigned roles as a whole. My drive to accomplish more keeps me motivated and I am excited of the chance to continue designing productivity improvement strategies, and supervising cross-functional teams for complex projects. Given my analytical nature, I am able to make critical decisions, assess severity of risks, and make quick adjustments so all deliverables meet or exceed their expectations with safety and reliability as top priorities.
