About Michael van Os

If there is one thing that defines me professionally it is my passion for business development and sales management, especially in the Hospitality & FF & E segments, boasting a track record of double-digit YoY growth. As a functional manager of an (inter)national team I help generate virtuous circles that lead to increased average project tickets and profitability, as well as loyalty of the main stakeholders. I excel at designing value propositions and sales strategies, using my people skills to align product, marketing and sales teams, creating the means to transform opportunity into turnover. My strategy is based on combining a global cross-market perspective with local and personalized execution, so obtaining what I consider maximum possible value for our customer on all levels, from return on investment to aspects of design, project execution and daily operations. I prosper in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments as a facilitator of the communications and agreements that lead to success, and am still expanding my knowledge of an ever-changing market on a daily basis, helping me identify the (not always obvious) opportunities that it presents.
