Over 28 years of program management, leadership and professional forester experience including developing and executing strategies to maximize program efficiencies; reviewing and monitoring work progress to ensure deliverables meet specified standards and practices; and, working with numerous partners and stakeholders to ensure consistency in business and program objectives. Excellent planning and communication skills proven through the delivery of large and small scale projects within time and budget constraints. I am proficient in preparing documents, budgets, terms of reference, standards, guidelines and contract specifications as well as conducting field inspections and audits. My goal is to be an integral part of a team that is committed to providing the best possible service to its clients and the communities it serves.
