I have been involved with the roll out the new CX Shield programs, where my area was continually in the top NPS score in the country and most effective and fastest to complete all programs, these programs include; the Service Ambassador program, rolled out CX surveys, onboarding and missed pickup interventions. Instituted and developed the win back per center program that helped reduce churn to lower than it was in 2019 before COVID. Developed a file to project churn at the beginning of the year to accurately represent what churn would be month by month throughout 2020.
