I am a safety professional with an NCSO designation. I am also certified to instruct OSSA fall protection, OSSA Confined Space Entry/Monitor, OSSA EWP, skid steer, rigging, fork lift and variable reach telehandler courses. Skilled in situational hazard assessments and able to advise workers of both legal and company HSE program expectations. I provide solutions for workers and companies to overcome obstacles without compromising health and safety protocols. I managed construction HSE programs that won the 2018 VICA and FMCA Safety Culture Awards. I am an advocate of mental health and psychological safety in the workplace. I am a Psychological Health and Safety Advisor, a designation I obtained in 2022. I believe that investment in and empowerment of frontline workers creates a culture of trust that enables organizations to reach their peak potential.
