A passionate circular economy advocate and award-winning management professional with over 25 years’ experience in the Not-for-Profit, Volunteer and Sporting sectors: Cause-related Trade Promotions Developed and staged cause-related trade promotions to raise vital awareness and income for NFP organisations with Universal Studios, NewsCorp, Dominos, Mt Lofty Spring Water, Clorox, Police Credit Union, Buttercup and Dairy Vale. Corporate Volunteering Coordinated the state peak body’s Corporate Volunteering Program for over 3 ½ years, matching corporates/businesses to volunteer involving organisations for rewarding staff volunteering experiences. Worked with and supported volunteer involving organisations to make them ready to take on corporate volunteers. Liaised with corporates/businesses who wanted to highlight their CSR Programs by allowing their staff to volunteer. Event Development / Management Developed, project managed and staged over 100 community, fundraising and sporting events. Secured enduring sponsorships for PARAQUAD SA and its award-winning housing developments and major annual events. Fundraising & Donor Acquisition Campaigns Co-developed and coordinated multi award-winning housing projects to bring together builders, architects, landscapers, and donors in partnership with the housing manager to form partnerships to create long-term accessible housing initiatives for PARAQUAD SA, raising over $2.6m in grants / fundraising income in 3 years. Awarded the 2009/10 Fundraising Institute of Australia’s National and State Award – Capital Campaigns / Major Gifts (Div A) – for PARAQUAD SA’s Ramsay Rebuild Housing Project. Partnership/sponsorship Acquisition Developed and maintained sponsor and community partnerships which resulted in a 95% retention rate for PARAQUAD SA’s event and organisational sponsorship and partnerships over 15 years. Project Management / Marketing and Branding Campaigns Co-developed and staged a multi-international award-winning prevention and awareness campaign in 2008 and 2012, where Rundle Street café and hotel chairs were turned into wheelchairs to highlight the dangers of drink driving. Achieved over in contra television and radio advertising for cause-related trade promotions, donor acquisition and prevention & awareness campaigns. PARAQUAD SA sponsors, and secured over in contra advertising to promote new branding, utilizing a donated item valued at as a prize.
