About Michael Vivet

I have 15+ years of experience, participating on a vast number of enterprise projects, across many companies and business domains, assuming any role in the development process. No matter, if I am the chief, the developer, the architect or the product owner, I seek an influential role in my work. I enjoy working with the latest trends and technologies. I emphasize managing development logistics; The combined process of grooming, scoping, implementing, testing, reviewing, deploying, hosting, maintaining and so on, that directly corresponds to the process velocity, product quality and developer motivation. I have vast experience in working with and managing all of the above, isolated and in conjunction. As a Developer, I primarily focus on micro-service development. I am fluent in C# and.NET (core, standard, framework). I have also worked extensively with MS SQL Server and MySQL, including ORM mapping libraries, such as Entity Framework and NHibernate. Docker and Kubernetes are inevitable encounters when working with micro-services and containerized deployments, where Jenkins, AppVeyor and Travis has been my preferred tools for continuous integration and deployment.(CI/CD). I have managed systems using both AWS and Azure cloud. Last, I also have experience with services such as RabbitMQ, Elastic Search, Google Maps, Twilio, Adyen, and more.
