I am an Australian admitted Lawyer, employed as a Senior Dispute Resolution Officer at Suncorp. I also have a demonstrated history in the Insurance Industry, which includes Sales and Policy Services, Property Claims (Home and Contents, and Motor), Motor Vehicle Liability Claims ('Crash and Bash'), and with Dispute Resolution (Internal Dispute Resolution, and AFCA External Dispute Resolution). Key skills include but are not limited to Sales, Claims Management, Negotiation, Litigated Insurance Claims, Stakeholder Management, Complaints Handling, Preparation of Evidence and Submissions, Motor Vehicle Liability Analysis, Coaching and Supervision of Staff. I am passionate about Innovation, Automation, and Optimisation, and Motor Vehicle Liability Claims (including Insurer-to-Insurer, Credit Hire and Credit Repair). In 2018 I combined these passions and created a Credit Hire Calculator, a tool which has enabled claims officers and lawyers alike to quickly calculate and make credit hire offers both efficiently and accurately, and is still in use today. I have also assisted in the development of tools and strategies for the collection of rates evidence.
