About Michael W. Ehrhardt

During the years of my professional business activities, I have worked in various highly different industries (construction chemicals, medical products, personal care, food ingredients/additivies, food machinery), all in sales and marketing positions. I therefore consider myself as a hybrid of both, always trying to combine the best of both worlds. Difficult? No, not at all. The base of all business activities is the personal identification and interest to/for the company and the products you stand for. It goes without saying that you know what you're talking about, the full understanding of what you're offering in order to give your client the best product, information and support. But the most important part is the personal contact with people and the empathy for the client's needs, requests and wishes. Their trust in yourself, only to be proven over time, combined with your own personal drive and energy will bring the parties to the point which suites all, the so-called win-win-situation. And of course, as I'm travelling the various corners of the world, also needs a high amount of energy and flexibility, related to the various cultural differences, behaviours and expectations. Difficult? No, not at all; I like it.
