As a founder of PCE, I've dedicated nearly three decades to shaping PCE Investment Bankers into a trusted partner for middle-market businesses. Our mission is to help clients achieve their goals through innovative and strategic solutions. Fueled by a drive for success, I find great satisfaction in helping business owners identify and pursue tailored strategies that meet their unique needs. With nearly 40 years of experience, I've managed a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of transactions spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. My expertise lies in M&A and corporate finance, with a strong focus on industries such as building products, construction & engineering, and finance. As a recognized leader in the field, I frequently share insights at professional conferences and contribute to leading industry journals. My client-first philosophy is simple: every recommendation I make is based on strategies I would pursue myself, informed by my personal private equity experience—including transactions with Fortune 100 companies. For me, success is measured by my client's success. Beyond PCE, I'm deeply committed to giving back to the community. I've served on numerous boards, including the Central Florida Coalition for the Homeless, Winter Park Health Foundation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Jacksonville Branch. I was also honored to be appointed by Florida's governor as the founding chair of WAGES, the state's welfare reform initiative.
