Experienced, hard working, passionate and successful built environment project manager. Tertiary educated in Management and Marketing, Project Management, as well as Urban Planning, with proven experience as a project lead delivering urban renewal, place making and activation, fit-out, community engagement, property advertising and brand activation projects. I have a solid grounding in business and relationship development and the management of staff, consultants, suppliers, designers and sub-contractors. I have a strong understanding of local planning policy, including structure planning and related statutory and strategic planning processes. I am well versed in pre-application planning and due diligence around feasibility and site suitability for development. My background includes an extensive set of 'on the ground' place management, marketing, local trader engagement and economic development projects and experiences. I am a confident people oriented leader who enjoys the responsibility of managing projects, along with the opportunity to be part of a team on additional projects. I have a passion for cities and urban development and am widely travelled with travel experiences in Iran, Georgia, Armenia, Japan, Turkey, throughout Europe and parts of Africa and the USA, including time spent living and working in Barcelona, London and Osaka.
