About Michael Waggoner

Senior Regional General Manager for Service Experts, one of the largest home service companies in North America. I help manage and optimize operations across the Mid-Atlantic region, which includes ten locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi territories. I work alongside General Managers and other department heads across the organization to drive regional goals and initiatives. Training & Development, Strategy, Process, Sales, and Operational Efficiency are my passions. Reporting and Data Analytics are also a hobby. Prior to this role, I was a successful Sales Manager in Nashville, TN where our operation experienced double-digit growth both top and bottom line. Regional Operations Manager of the Year - FY2022 Regional Operations Manager of the Year (Runner-Up) FY2021 Region of the Year - FY2020 Before Service Experts, I spent 8 years with Enterprise Holdings in the West Virginia group holding various roles in multiple divisions from Management Trainee, Management Assistant, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and lastly, Sales Consultant. While there, I had a tremendous amount of success in winning/earning numerous awards, both for management and sales, which aided in driving record-breaking numbers in revenue, profitability, fleet growth, and customer service all eight years.
