About Michael Waldman

Michael has dedicated his life’s work to transforming the practice of leadership and management, unleashing the full potential of organizations, and catalyzing unprecedented results where they are most needed. After starting High Performance Consulting in 1990, focused on the idea of Breakthrough Performance, the company merged with The Rosenberg Group, to form Insigniam with offices in Philadelphia, Laguna Beach, Paris, and Hong Kong. As of June 2013, Michael retired from Insigniam and is a Founding Partner Emeritus. He currently works with a very small number of private clients. A global and accomplished consultant, thought leader and businessperson: Michael has worked globally on multi-national projects in Brazil, China, Denmark England, France, Indonesia, the Netherlands, and Thailand. Michael also managed Insigniam’s Asia business.
