I have 7 years experience as a Subject Matter Expert, 4 years experience as a Business Specialist and 14 in Telecommunications at Telstra. I have worked with the majority of fixed products, ranging from PSTN, ADSL, Freecall, NBN and have a proven track record of achieving success for my business unit and my customers. Currently managing Strategic Programs for Small Business NBN at Telstra, specialising in Activation and Robotic Process Automation. I currently perform a wide range of tasks such as Data Analysis, L4/L5 Process Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for all NBN technology types. I am currently coordinating User Story creation and prototype development within the reporting program within Telstra. I manage delivery from discovery to implementation as well as some Scrum tasks such as hosting stand-up and JIRA management tasks. I pride myself on being able to fix whatever problem is placed in front of me and have a lengthy history of solving business and customer-impacting issues.
