About Michael Waller

I joined North Atlanta Primary Care in April, 2016 as IT Director. l have over 25 years of IT experience. My responsibilities include overseeing the Information technology strategies, developing and implementing the policies, procedures and goals. I am also responsible for the technical investments for new information systems or upgrades to hardware and software components.I brings a wealth of knowledge from his past experiences prior to joining NAPC. I was the Senior System Analyst for Kaiser Permanente for 14 years. I was responsible for providing leadership and training to all new and junior analyst supporting over 100 various applications for over users. Other duties included, providing in depth reporting to executives and upper level management of findings during high and critical outages. Prior to Kaiser, I served as the IT Manager/LAN Administrator at International Banking Technologies for 4 years. My responsibilities included providing operational support for LAN/WAN systems. I developed, documented, and coordinated contingency and security planning for the company.I enlisted into the U.S Army at an early age and served my country for 10 years as a Pershing Missile Electronic/Mechanical Repairman. I demonstration and superior degree of technical expertise were instrumental in the performance of Pershing II Missile System. My accomplishments as Commander of the Relief for the Pershing II Operational Testing and the SALT II Treaty Inspection Team earned several awards and accommodations. I ended my military career in 1992 with an Honorable Discharge. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Saint Leo University in May 2009. Since then, I have obtained numerous certifications and professional training. I continues to strive for personal development and professional growth.
