About Michael Ware

Michael Ware, II Drawing on his years of experience in SCR Catalyst Cleaning and other advanced Maintenance Services, Michael has designed, developed and patented several SCR and other cleaning processes that have been used for both trouble shooting and preventive maintenance by major utilities worldwide. During the course of his career, Michael has held several positions including Director, Safety Coordinator, Project Manager and R&D. Michael has also worked with catalyst manufactures and catalyst regeneration companies and has acted as SCR Consultant for contractors and power groups in the U.S, Germany, China & Sweden, including AEP, Duke, WPS, LG & E, KU, Dynegy and many more. Michael is a popular speaker that has presented papers on subject ranging from EPA Compliance Strategies to Advanced Technologies at Power-Gen, Coal-Gen, Asia PowerWeek,the Reinhold Environmental NOx-Combustion Round Table & Expo and at the World Arena's POWER EXPERTS, POWER PLANT AIR QUALITY & ENVIRONMENTAL CONFERENCE, as well as several User's Groups and Catalyst Manufactures'. His is also founder and shareholder of ReNOx, Inc. with is a subsidiary of ENGIE-Laborelec that offers holistic supply, managements and maintenance approach to reduce total cost of SCR ownership.
