Motivated and experienced professional with a background in Operations, both within the United States Department of Defense and on the sales side of Operations. I possess a deep understanding of what it takes to keep a business running smoothly, fostering teamwork, and achieving success. One of my guiding principles comes from a quote I once read:"What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make." I firmly believe in the power of controlling one's work environment and promoting positivity. A simple smile can go a long way. In my role as Operations Manager, I've been promoted 3 times in the past 3 years of being apart of CarMax family. Before accepting the role here at Carmax I was nominated for "Civilian of the Quarter" three times at the Department of Defense. This recognition reflects my commitment to outstanding performance and going above and beyond to accomplish our mission. However, it's essential to acknowledge that none of this would be possible without the incredible support, trust, and sacrifices made by my dedicated team every day. Beyond my professional life, I'm an avid CAR GUY. My free time is often spent delving into the intricacies of automobiles, dissecting what makes them great down to the smallest details. This passion occasionally leaves my wife looking at me like I'm a bit crazy!
