With a core focus on the telecoms sector, my expertise spans the full spectrum of regulatory and competition economics including policy design, market reviews, cost-benefit analysis, and litigation support. Clients I’ve supported include: BBC R&D, Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC), BT Group, CETIN, CMA (UK), ComReg (Ireland), DCMS, Digital Connectivity Forum, FTTH Council Europe, Internet Economy Foundation, KPN, Melita, Network Rail Telecom, Ofcom (UK), OMTEL, Regulatory Authority of Bermuda, Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (Jordan), United Group (Nova, Telemach Croatia, Telemach Slovenia), and VMO2. I’ve advised on the economic impacts of regulatory policy, helped shape pro-investment regulatory frameworks, and supported market analysis and regulatory decisions across Europe and beyond. On the competition side, I’ve contributed to major disputes and collective actions—defining markets, analysing market power, alleged dominance, and quantifying damages in high-stakes contexts, including under the UK’s collective actions regime. I’ve led delivery of high-value, multi-stakeholder projects, including large radio spectrum awards and litigation support from CPO through to trial, managing complex timelines, budgets, and quality control. I also play a key role in business development, helping drive a strong pipeline of projects that align with our strategic strengths. Currently, I serve as a Future Leaders member of the International Institute of Communications (IIC), and sit on the steering board of the IIC’s UK Chapter.
