Real estate duties include: drafting of residential Purchase Agreements, negotiating and revising Purchase Agreements, preparation of closing documents and closing statements with respect to commercial and residential closings, attending and performance of closings, assisting with the preparation of condominium offering plans, supervision of other Paralegals, coordination and closing of multiple condominium projects, preparation of transfer tax forms on ACRIS, proofreading documents, organizing and preparing various schedules to closing documents, examining property surveys, title review, preparing closing reports and closing binders, daily written correspondence and telephone contact with clients, title companies, filing offices and opposing counsel.
