About Michael Welton

My name is Michael Welton. I’m 29 years of age. I’ve worked at Rapid Response Monitoring for just under 7 years, where I’ve learned the ins and outs of the alarm industry. At Rapid, we protect life and property through monitoring household alarms, commercial alarms, and medical alarms. Currently my role consists of managing veteran specialists and supervisors, the best of the best, to assure quality customer service and efficiency for what we call, our Elite Customers, who pay higher rates and require more follow up and dedication.Alongside of that, I manage the overnight shift, and have for the past 5 years. When I began, the team had 6 employees total. Through the ups and downs,I’ve been able to build up the team to have 40+ employees. Currently, I oversee around 60 employees.I graduated from the Cal State University of San Bernardino and honestly didn’t know what I was going to do career wise.
